We usually order the same thing Cattlemans Cut ,Bourban Steak Tips i was Very disapointed with last nights meal , $112.00 for 12 steak tips ( 2 orders) and Cattlemans Cut( W/Usual sides Ususlly get a dipping bread Didnt get it and taste was okay Was Very Disapointed. DO NOT THINK IL BE BACK.

We went there for lunch today. We had the Dayboat Scrod. Good portions, amazing mixed veggies and good mashed potatoes. Also great stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. The service was great! Will go back!!!

No wonder the place was empty. I've never had a piece of fish that was like rubber. Nasty. Didn't finish it. The fries were unappetizing, and the coleslaw sucked.
I'm never going back.

Awesome new bedford seafood platter best I've had in years definitely worth the money
This spot is my new favorite place to go for 🦞 it was a large serving of scallops shrimp fried clams clam strips and two large (huge)pieces of fish and fries and onion rings was served hot and fresh just awesome !!!!

I really don’t smash on restaurants cause tough business but Mikey B. You all need to do better, usually some waitresses are friendly and accommodating other times it’s like they can’t be bothered. Today 7/16/25. Ordered small ling. Pizza, seafood fritter with French fries, unbelievable fritter uncooked, pizza is flatbread pizza that was terrible no taste, fritters got thrown out, French fries were as usual pretty good. But what happen?? 2 years ago you guys where really doing great job, now the owner should fire all of you and start over, last year I said I’d never be back, this year I give you my word, never again hope that 30 dollars helped out cause you’ll never get dollar from me again. Mikey B. Sucks!!!!!!

I will never order from this place again. I'm going to be 76 next month and live on a very limited income so I don't do take out much due to the cost, but I decided to order a Seafood Platter because hadn't had one in a long time. I called in the order so that I could make sure I would get the whole belly clams and not strips. I expected it would take a bit of time for delivery as it was a Friday and they would be busy. Cost of platter online is $32.99, on there menu, I was charged $34.95 on my card. I received a Clam Platter and not Seafood Platter. Also let's keep in mind that FB has an ad from Mikey B's stating that their JULY SPECIAL for a Seafood Platter is $29.99. This order was on 7/11/25 so what is the CORRECT PRICE? I called and was told that if I wanted the Seafood they would send another order but it would cost me an additional 10 Bucks or so. When I called it was the same girl that took my order originally. I had already waited 45 min for this so didn't want to wait longer. I called back a 2nd time as I was still unsettled and spoke to a different girl. She told me that they had a new system and sometimes was confusing to staff when placing orders and I would have to speak to a Manager the next day. Called the following day to find out Manager had been there but it was her day off and had just left and to call back Monday which I did. In asking for the Manager the girl that answered phone told me SHE was the Manager Christine and that she was the one who had originally taken my order over the phone and I was charged for Clam Platter plus delivery and if I had a Seafood Platter it would have been over $40.00. Was told that she spoke to owner but he would only allow me to have a Restaurant Credit of $15.00. In asking if they could credit my card I was informed that the owner WOULD NOT do that only an inhouse Credit. I explained to her that because of my income I DO NOT order out often as I can't afford it. I also was upset that the day of my order when I called back she DID NOT inform me that SHE was the MANAGER. And the 2nd time I called back I was not told the Manager was there, only that I would have to speak to the Manager. Also if the order had been placed correctly I would have questioned the total amount of charge and then would have known of the delivery fee and AT THAT TIME would have made the decision to replace the Seafood Platter with something else such as Fish n Chips and not a Clam Platter.
In addition I informed her that the Clams were over cooked and rubbery and was totally dissatisfied with the order.
She told me she would contact the owner and speak to him again and would get back to me, which I DO NOT believe will happen,
WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A MANAGER if they CANNOT
Credit a Customer with a complaint such as Mine.....WRONG ORDER AND TERRIBLE FOOD.
I have been a Manager in my past employment and I ALWAYS tried to SATISFY a CUSTOMER and did not give them the run around.
THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE and would not want anyone else to have to go through this.
Evidently it's all about them making money and not Customer Satisfaction.

I found out about Mikey B's through their advertisement, so because I work in New Bedford on Thursdays I decided to try their food out, seeing how I love seafood.
The first 2 times I dined there for lunch the food was amazing, so I went for a 3rd time, but this trip was less enjoyable simply because the vegetables I usually order were always sautéed, and I guess the cook didn't feel like preparing them according to the menu, I was given steamed vegetables.
I usually order the Coconut shrimp, the shrimp were heavily coated with batter, so I peeled most of the batter off and left it in the plate for the waitress to see.
She assured me that my meal was not prepared the way it was supposed to be prepared, and it wouldn't happen again.
Well today I stopped by for lunch and ordered class with the bellies, that came with French fries and Cole slaw.
I also ordered a side of sautéed vegetables. When my meal was brought to me, the waitress informed me that they were out of Cole slaw, and they were making some at some point today.
Well I never received my Cole slaw, nor was I offered anything in the place of the Cole slaw, yet I paid for a full meal that is advertised on the menu with fries and Cole slaw.
I thought I had found a restaurant that I could have lunch at while in New Bedford, but this is the second time I gave them an opportunity to give me a service that would encourage me to return, but I am looking for another seafood place to eat at now.

Had ordered two orders of loaded chicken quesdillas for my wife and I. They were loaded with cheese and a few pieces of chicken no black olives and tomatos as described on the menu. When mentioned to the server she offerd to have the kitchen remake the order which we declined. Server never asked how everything was or made mention of coffee and desert just brought us the check. Not a good experience. First and last time No response needed.

I asked if they had a Portuguese roll. The roll came warm, but it tastes terrible it was certainly outdated and spoiled, what cook would serve that, I had the clam boil which was on special that was lean but okay. They charge $2 for that awful outdated roll. Will not be back there again.
