This place is awful, manager screamed at me because I called to discuss under cooked food that I received. I emailed the owner and They have never responded. This place has fallen apart since covid. Beware. If that guy talks to customers that way imagine what he does to the food.

Service : I am a pregnant woman & this is all I've craved & I am having phone troubles so I have no number but the fact of the matter is I order from them 4 times a week ,& never had a problem they have never had to call me because I watch my tracker I work at a pizza place & I can make my own but I crave palace & the fact that they said that they put me on the no delivery list & all I did was get a little upset that they wouldn't send my food back but it's ok I'll just order from work

The food is usually pretty good and done very quickly. Always worth stopping in if you're hungry.
Wether I get take out or delivery(most of all) I can't say one bad thing about Palace Pizza North which I've been to others and really all the same. All the stores look great so just so pleasant to walk in to unlike that other place without saying names it's next to Metro Liquers ? ?. The food just seems like they care about quality and quantity. The workers from the young kids working register to the delivery guy. My recent story was every time I get delivery GPS take them to wrong house so I had actually called back to explain what to do and worker clearly cared to point the driver brought it up apologizing and making point won't happen again as if I was even up set about it cuz i wasn't was just mistake. Anyways I've rambled enough, last comment only reason I didn't give perfect score is cuz I don't believe anyone is perfect. Enjoy!!

This was literally one of the best pizzas i’ve had in a long time. If you like pizza with thick crust this isn’t the place for you. This pizza has a nice thin ‘house of pizza’ pizza style crust. Nothing like Domino’s. They don’t use too much sauce and they cook the cheese just well done enough to not be sloppy when you get it. Ordered online and took no more than 20 minutes to get to me. Great job I’ll be ordering from you guys from now on.

Ordered the number 1 combo, the wings i ordered well done and they were barely cooked with no seasoning. The pizza was floppy as hell with no crisp on it at all. I dont care how drunk you are and in need of food, your better off making ramen noodles at your house. I would have been better off lighting a 20$ bill on fire and heating up a pizza in the microwave. My stomach and mind would be alot more satisfied. Dont order from here. Your better off getting mcdonalds. Lol.
