It was great there calzones are so good and same with there fries while driving home today the fries were hot you usually have to ask for hot fries, but this place they already know what to do

Ordered pizza tonight because I didn’t feel like cooking, place my order online at 6:17 PM, it is 740, I just called and canceled it because it’s still not here, on last check in with them at 7:23. I was told that it would be here in five minutes, which already would’ve been too long to have waited, but I decided to, I understand if they are understaffed or whatever is going on, but this is just pretty unacceptable given the pricing, all in my pizza order had come to about $50 !
An hour and a half to fail to deliver a single pizza 1.5 miles on weekday is ridiculous, never mind given the price point.
Called and asked for a refund, trying to figure out some other food now ..

We've been loyal customers for quite some time, and it used to be one of our favorite go-to spots. Unfortunately, the past few orders have really let us down, and today was the final straw.
Our most recent order arrived more than 40 minutes after the estimated delivery time, with no update or communication from the store. When the food finally got here, the quality just there.

expensive for what you get!! food is hit or miss..how do you burn the hell out of a pizza and still serve it to the customer? knowing they will problably complain about it? if he did not own so many places maybe he would lower his prices..meh use to be so good back in the day!

Burnt steak n cheese, bet nobody trained them properly on the grill. How could you think serving burnt food is ok? I will never step foot into palace pizza again.
**First time visit to this place .it's OK good parking..walked in seemed clean,second look needed to be cleaned again ..4 tabels tops an 8 booths, I belive .. food was good until I got half way done .. their was Broccoli an lettuce under my chicke Quesida, i was done after that because it was 100° that day an i was over it ..the steak had no flavor none ...staff was helpful but didn't know much on the night I went ..

I only ever get takeout from this location and the food/service has always been great.
I ordered food at 8:27pm and it is 9:42pm all it was a sub and fries haven’t received it and I am beyond pissed off. Also they won’t answer the phone so I will never order from this location on Allen st again

Walked in for take out. Guy at counter was funny, helpful and polite. Food order was made correctly and tasted pretty good. Prices are as expected throughout 2024.
