The staff was horrible. They ignored customers at the counter. Just kept staring at the food they were preparing. People standing waiting for food for 45 minutes only to see they had it sitting in a metal shelf the whole time. Even the manager was a horror! Huffing and puffing when speaking with the customers. The pizza is always good. The fries were cold. Overall, the staff, as well as the manager, need to learn how to interact with customers. Not one person turned and said hello or cracked a smile. It was horrible!

We just ordered the hot Italian Papa Melt ... and it's fantastic ! REALLY delicious ! Brendan got it out to us fast (we ordered delivery) and it was so good I called to ask who made it ... and the chef was Ariana. Great job !
Got pick up and the food was awesome! I got a grinder due to not being able to have cheese and it was really good, didn’t feel like I was missing out while everyone else got pizza!

This Papa Ginos is awesome! The staff is kind and they go above and beyond! The food is always great and they even make an extra effort to print coloring sheets and provide crayons. The restaurant is also clean and their music is appropriate for a family establishment. Thank you Papa Gino’s Fairhaven for providing an awesome experience.
