The staff was horrible. They ignored customers at the counter. Just kept staring at the food they were preparing. People standing waiting for food for 45 minutes only to see they had it sitting in a metal shelf the whole time. Even the manager was a horror! Huffing and puffing when speaking with the customers. The pizza is always good. The fries were cold. Overall, the staff, as well as the manager, need to learn how to interact with customers. Not one person turned and said hello or cracked a smile. It was horrible!

We walked in and immediately were greeted by Carol who took our order. Food was delicious and came out quickly.
We just ordered the hot Italian Papa Melt ... and it's fantastic ! REALLY delicious ! Brendan got it out to us fast (we ordered delivery) and it was so good I called to ask who made it ... and the chef was Ariana. Great job !

The atmosphere was perfect, and the shift leader Kevin was very helpful!
Got pick up and the food was awesome! I got a grinder due to not being able to have cheese and it was really good, didn’t feel like I was missing out while everyone else got pizza!
