We ordered from here for our daughter’s engagement party last week for 70 people and the food was absolutely amazing!! Guests were raving and many many take home containers were given out. We got meatballs, chicken broccoli ziti, chicken parm , baked ziti casserole, antipasto and even the garlic bread was phenomenal!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered Veal parm dinner , its portion was small , never got my salad , not even bread and butter. Then wouldn't refund me back for the salad. Be weary 😩

The food here is delicious but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a pickup order it tells me it’s ready online but they say they are still making it and I wait at least 20 minutes after if not more. I don’t know who is marking the food as ready but this is ridiculous.

While on vacation on the east coast, we stayed in New Bedford and was told this place was amazing. If you love thin pizza, pleasant servers, good customer service you have to stop at this Italian restaurant. The food was amazing I am a picky eater and they get a 10 from me for everything! These servers were working their tails off and all I heard was good service. I work in retail and this was an amazing experience! Hats off to Riccardi’s

I have been eating here my entire life. I do not live in town any longer but ALWAYS visit while I am in town. Pizza is always amazing! The 4 stars are for the service. I spent $75 and the girl at the checkout/answering phone acted as if I was bothering her. I was there early but being one of their first customers you would think she didn't have time to be tired or have a bad day. I guess I am just used to the hello and smiling face that used to be there for years. Times have changed and customer service has declined. But she could at least be nice and act like she cares!
