I'm a regular daily customer I usually get a chocolate cookie along with an apple juice same order everyday . I just wanted to commend Iyana on her customer service and etiquette. As a fellow business owner I truly appreciate good business and service when it's given! I highly recommend this particular Starbucks to anyone that is in the area!

I was there and I got 2 Quad expresso over ice in venti cup with 4 shots of white mocha and half&half and for some reason they give half of the cup both of them. So is sucks that I pay for a venti and they give me a tall in a venti cup

Just went there for a frappuccino the brown sugar one to be exact. Waited about 10-15 minutes for it and it wasn’t even brown sugar. It was chocolate but they put the brown sugar topping on it as if i wouldn’t notice. Definitely will not be coming back.

The coffee and the food is always good but the employees like any type of acknowledgment to their customer is no good morning. Know how’s your day? They are very robotic in the store no smiles. This is one of the worst stores I’ve been in.

Always so sloooooow, no matter how many are on. I usually go inside, and it takes like 10 minutes for one drink. (And they aren't always too busy.) LIKE TODAY.

Weird, feels more like McDonald's than Starbucks. Stall bathrooms with keypad lock, code:22776.
Pulled into the drive thru 2 hrs before they close stood at the intercom to place my order for like 5-6 mins till i decided to just pull up to the window. When i get to the window i can see 3 girls that clearly see me sitting there but just walking away like they dont see me there mind you not a single person in the building or drive thru but me finally she comes over to the window with a face full of attitude like im burdening her doesnt ask what can she get me or anything. Order a caramel cold brew that looks like nothing but milk with a shot a coffee color in it. Never again will i come here and waste my money for this coffee if thats what you want to call it will also recommend for anyone I know to never waste there time or money at this place.
Not alot to tell. We went through the drive thru. Person was friendly and order on point.

I get the same simple order for long time now. and decently 3x in a row its been messed up and made wrong or they just give you whatever they feel like. Ill go elsewhere
The employees here at the drive thru are literally so nice. They always greet me with high energy and are super polite and friendly! I just thought they deserved the credit!
Absolutely no point to visit the new bedford starbucks if you are a mobile app user... quite literally takes 30 minutes to get your order from the time of submittal. This has been numerous occasions, will entirely avoid this specific location in future.
The worst service I have ever had at Starbucks had to wait 15 mins inside as other people who order after me got there orders then the girl had me.put my own cream and sugar in my coffee I'm so unhappy here and the girl that took my order was no better I had to say my order in three different ways for her to get what I was saying .. never again
Worst starbucks around... A bunch of people running around getting orders wrong and you will wait forever. . Cant even properly toast a Bagel...
