I ordered a grande. The girl handed me a venti at the drive thru. When I informed her I ordered a grande she said "oh well we accidentally just made a venti". I took her word for it and accepted. When I checked my receipt later I noticed that in fact charged me for a venti when I had asked for a grande. There's no need to lie to me. Fix the mistake in the moment. I won't be going back to this one. It was a shady transaction. And their phone line doesn't work. How convenient

I recently visited this establishment based on the information provided by their app, which indicated that they were open until 6:15. However, upon arriving at 5:45, I was surprised to find that they were already turning customers away. This discrepancy between the advertised closing time and the actual practice left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced. I recommend that the management address this issue to avoid misleading potential customers

I ordered a venti cold brew with no ice like I have always. They have always filled the cup with coffee and this time they refused and said they couldn’t and only filled half the cup. I contacted Starbucks customer service and they informed that this is not their policy and they refunded me for the cold brew.

This is a newer location but the employees here seem to be well trained. I never leave unhappy with my order. Unlike some other coffee shops they listen to how you want your coffee and the execution is spot on and the same every single time! No matter who its made by. The employees here are always up for a creative challenge when I ask them to surprise me with a drink order. No one is perfect and yes they make some mistakes as everyone does, but what I love to see is that they are eager to remake it for you and make it correct, they understand that you are paying for a product and it is expected to come out right. No attitudes necessary. Inside is clean, and spacious, for being in a small area. Plenty of work space. Outside patio is also a nice spot. And a decent sized parking lot.
