I had a really disappointing experience at the Subway on Acushnet Ave and Nauset Street in New Bedford. Although the food quality and store appearance were fine, the manager and servers were consistently rude and disrespectful. My experience reflects a broader issue with the owner, Phyllis, who manages multiple locations, including the Dartmouth Walmart Subway. I would not recommend working at any store owned by Phyllis due to her rude management style.

Matt did a great job making my sandwich. I had a meat allergy. He was very cautious making sure that everything is clean. This Man Deserves a Raise. I never got this service at subway ever. Thank you Matt.

I love my foot long Spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese with double pepper jack. Lettuce, tomato and onion with oil and vinegar not toasted. To top it off with a half dozen raspberry cheesecake cookies!

The women working the counter today took 10 minutes to assemble my basic sandwich. When we got to toppings, she put rotten spinach and mushy tomatoes with tomato ends on it. I wasn't going to get mad. I told myself i would just pick it off before eating the sandwich! The worst part was when I asked for mayo, she put half the bottle on it. I walked out! I will NEVER be back!

Ordered online tonight at 543pm. It said food would be ready by 605pm. At 603, online showed the food ready. Got to Subway at 606pm and was told "theyre working on it". Walked out with food at 622pm. Capucola was not put on my sandwich so I was charged additional $2 for meat that wasnt put on. Both subs were extremely messy. Ill stick to my normal location from now on

Yesterday we want for a few sandwiches from this place. My wife went for the tuna sandwich. She is still sick. Diarrhea and vomiting all night. If you don't want to get sick, stay away from this place. At least for the tuna sandwich.
