We ordered online to pick up at this location . I just finished my sandwich and had to rush on here to write this review. Everything was the way me and my boyfriend wanted . Super good , who ever is on today making the sandwiches is doing phenomenal!!?

Service was OK, they made sandwich the way I want it but lettuce was freezer burned clear you can see through it, and ham was slimy. So quality was not the best.

The server was outstanding ( mine was a complex order). But, alas, my footlong (the Teriyaki blitz, IIRC) wasn't. Not the tastes I was expecting given the descriptions on the overhead board at the counter. Still, my sister and I appreciated the BOGO, so I'd still recommend this shop--just not the terriaki sub.

Could be better. Hard to tell if it's the management or the staff or even the conflict between that's making me stay away. I order triple meat ? on my BLT ever time and over time it's becoming less & less bacon ?

My experience was great the young lady that served me Mylaysha was so awesome that was my first time visiting here. I just moved from South Carolina and I'll definitely be returning just because of her!!!! She a blessing

They stay closing early the boy at night thinks he is a hot ticket and he is just weird. Stay open till the time you say your open till drove all the way there with 20 minutes till closing

I went in with a coupon for a buy one get on free coupon, mind you on the coupon shows a hot sub and a cold cut sub, the girl with glasses and extensions taking the money took the coupon didn’t give it back and said that it’s only for cold cut when the coupon says nothing about that, it was a way to get a big tip!
I feel they are purposely messing up the online orders so people will stop ordering online. Second time in a row they would not toast my sandwich and they gave me the wrong bread. Bread might be out I have seen this before, but toast the darn sandwich !

Ordered ahead and when I went to pick up my food 25 mins later they hadn't started my order. Both women behind the counter were stumbling and seemed under the influence of something. Waited another 25 mins for 2 sandwiches and they seemed upset when I had to tell them they forgot veggies on my sandwich. Will never go here again

Server was not happy to be working and serving, you could tell. Food was not as good as other subways. It was not warm enough, prepared sloppily too.

I typically don’t do any reviews but this one was so bad I had to. Did an online order, got home to unwrap the two biggest messes we have ever seen. 1 of our subs had 3 pieces of deli meat on it, loaded .. and i mean loaded with mayo..and no avacado. the other one was not even made close to what we wanted. Again, loaded with mayo, dry chicken & uncooked bread.. Had to go back to the store and get a new order. The poor lady was working by herself, overloaded to the brim. The poor thing looked like she hadn’t slept in days and on the brink of a breakdown. Whoever the manager is here needs to treat their employees better and maybe the food that walks out your doors will actually be good.
