Ordered through the app for drive through pick up and when i got to the window they told me they needed a few extra minutes and to pull up to the front to park and they would bring the food out to me. I had no problem with that, except i sat out there for 30 minutes. The drive thru was being serviced while the 5-6 people inside sat and waited just as long as i did. Eventually i went in to check my food and it was sitting on the counter behind the cashier, for so long that it was cold when i got it. i get people make mistakes but this isn’t the first time this taco bell has done me dirty

When it's 11:15 pm and there are hardly any customers , you guys should acknowledge the people waiting in the lobby to order food and to receive their food. We waited for 30 minutes to get our food. Turns out it was actually made and was left sitting there getting cold. It was also made incorrectly so we had to wait an additional 7 minutes for our food.

Order my food at drive through comes out to $38 and change. Got to window payed get my receipt and got told go around front and wait for your order we making fresh potatoes for the fiesta potato bowls I order. 20 minutes out front at parking lot and no one has come out with my food go inside show my receipt with the time 7:32 and this is now 7:51 my bag and drinks seating behind the counter asked outcome I had to come inside and they just looked stupid no answer now they kept my receipt get home I’m missing a burrito supreme another fiesta potato bowl Almost $40 in food to get almost half of it and wait 20 minutes for cold food. Thank you management.

I went through the drive through and clearly stated two hard beef tacos with a ramakin of tomatoes on the side and a small soda. The screen said something like DOT. I asked excuse me, you have that as 2 regular hard tacos and he said yes. They hand me my food and it's two Doritos tacos I said this is wrong it's supposed to be two regular hard tacos and I hear her yell I need 2 soft tacos. I am waving my hands for someone's attention, the male opened the window I said I heard her say two soft, I ordered two hard tacos. It's not just about the food being wrong, them charging me more, giving me nasty tomatoes on the side and was just rude. No excuses me, please, thank you. No customer service skills whatsoever. I'm pretty sure it was a manager and another employee that messed up my order. How many taco bell workers does it take to get it right? I never have this problem on Cogshall st. If you don't want to work, don't work and take it out on your customers. I tried to get there attention and let them know they messed up my order. I can't eat soft shells. They mess with my digestive system. I feel robbed and starving. Thanks for nothing.

Employees are too busy filling orders for Door Dash, Grub Hub, etc while people who are physically in the restaurant have to wait over 15 minutes.

100% not the employees fault. Get rid of the Door Dash bullshit.

Last couple times have turned me off from the Rockdale Ave location, new overnight crew needs to be retrained, long time in line, missing items, and food looks like it's being just thrown together.
