these workers are lazy and unproductive. I saw many on their phones, one on a nintendo switch?? Many people are waiting for their orders. Most these workers look like adults, not even teenagers, you're grown, do your job right. Its ridiculous

Just ordered door dash from this place. Simple order, mexican pizza no beans, 2 soft taco supreme's. There was beans on the pizza and I got 2 regular soft taco's!

Went in the other day, was trying to order and everyone was just standing around, had to use the kiosk. Went tonight, and not taking orders with still 3 hours before closing. This place is a joke, don't waste your time!!!

Placed an online order for pick up showed up about 15 min later, waited at the window for an additional 15 min with a few cars behind me even though I only ordered 2 things, got home and (about 5 min drive) and both my items are cold and they didn’t give me the sauce that I ordered (they charge extra for the sauce) so they must’ve have made me sit at the window for 15 min when my food was ready and getting cold so they could make the food for the cars behind me and still forgot to give me what I payed for this place really needs to get there crap together it’s very clear that the people working there don’t give the slightest crap about there job, like genuinely just tell me at the window if your gonna mess my order and I’ll take my money and go somewhere else

Ordered through the app for drive through pick up and when i got to the window they told me they needed a few extra minutes and to pull up to the front to park and they would bring the food out to me. I had no problem with that, except i sat out there for 30 minutes. The drive thru was being serviced while the 5-6 people inside sat and waited just as long as i did. Eventually i went in to check my food and it was sitting on the counter behind the cashier, for so long that it was cold when i got it. i get people make mistakes but this isn’t the first time this taco bell has done me dirty

When it's 11:15 pm and there are hardly any customers , you guys should acknowledge the people waiting in the lobby to order food and to receive their food. We waited for 30 minutes to get our food. Turns out it was actually made and was left sitting there getting cold. It was also made incorrectly so we had to wait an additional 7 minutes for our food.
