This is a place just for locals and family members ... This place was just ok in regards to food definitely not on the top of the list to go to. Been going there for many years. We always like sitting at the bar till recent I was rejected to sit at the bar because they had reservations. So the following week I called to make reservations at the bar and they told me they don't make reservations at the bar so I told them they had made reservations for someone else the week prior and she tells me must been for someone that goes there for many years someone they know !!! That's idiotic non sense. I was just there before Christmas and bought 6 gift certificates . I guess they pick who they want to eat there must be a foetunate place. Hope they don't go out of business. Not a place will ever recommend to anyone as not everyone is welcome there.if you want good portuguese food try Nunos" restaurant for awesome food great atmosphere where rhe owners appreciate and value you going there. They do not make reservations at the bar.Parking: Very small parking lot way small for what they can handle

All I can say is wow! The food was authentic, delicious and hands down the best Portuguese food in the area. Better than Alianca! We got the tips azorean style and the cacoila and for an app we got the Mozambique calamari that was on special. The calamari was so good I got no pics!! They were small rings and tentacles but delicious!!! Our server was friendly ,informative and was very good at explaining everything for our first time, offering diff items, asking questions. What a great lunch! This was our first time and we will be back, often! Thank you! If you haven’t tried here, you absolutely must!!! We were informed to call ahead for reservations during the weekend, I can see why!!! This place sits about 60 or so people with an open concept and bar as well, music on in the background and tasteful decor! You won’t be disappointed. The Roasted Pig has become one of our go to and favorite restaurants in the area. The service is excellent and the food is too quality. The chicken mozambique is the best I've ever had, it's so hard not to order it whenever we go.
The cacoila is the best we have ever had ? Not fancy, not expensive, traditional Portuguese at its best.

What a great experience! We celebrated our friend's birthday at The Roasted Pig and everything was incredible. I would highly recommend the spicy wings - wow! It was my first time enjoying Carne Espeto and the meat was so well-seasoned and tender. My husband said it was some of the best Cacoila he's had. The service was excellent. Attentive and expedient. We are planning to come back and bring more people to experience this lovely spot. What a gem!
