I’ve been to so many restaurants this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in food service food was terrible and that being generous service was the worst I’ve ever had in my life if the tip wasn’t already included they wouldn’t have gotten anything this place was a -10 out of 10 I dont normally complain or write reviews but what a waste of money

Was there last saturday ..the food was terrible !!! Linguica not cooked all the way . sweet bread french toast very dry .. had to return portuguese roll toasted because it had small amount butter in middle and rest was dry and not toasted at all !!!! Asked for regular toast to replace it and butter not spread and bread was hard … home fries no taste at all very bland but the drinks were so good .. made up for the poor breakfast

had a terrible experience here recently, waited incredibly long for service and spent over an hour there without ever receiving my food. during this time we rarely ever saw our waitress who seemed to have no idea what happened to my meal. when confronting management about the issues we were given a disappointing amount of attitude and asked “it’s off the bill what more do you want?”. in my opinion this is not a way to run a business and an awful way to treat loyal customers.

I’m the type that loves to have breakfast and restaurant hopping. I love tasting different types of food. I can order 100+ dollars for breakfast alone for just myself. Because I love to taste every different part of what the menu has to offer. Due to the fact I work in the area, I’ve only been able to order take-out. However, the experience doesn't get any better, because the server at the takeout section is rude with no patience. It makes me feel uncomfortable to ask questions. They are not friendly. So far I have not stepped in there and felt a warm welcome. They are more likely in a rush or give you an aggregated mood. As I'm looking over my order to ensure was prepared to my liking. This server at the take-out rudely and impatiently asked me I quote “Are you going to take the order or not?”
Which ruins the whole experience and taste. The most compliment I can provide so far I like the cheese rolls.

Great food and coffee. An excellent place to grab breakfast before heading to the Whaling Museum, which is around the corner
