I come to True north as much as I can, and every experience is great with the owners Cerissa and Darryl ! My specialty is always the TEAS 10/10 every time they make them. They provide great service, they're so attentive to their customers/guest and always incredibly friendly. Any questions I have about the teas or shakes, they're always knowledgeable about what they're making. Me and my boyfriend love coming here!! If you haven't tried them before or yet please do, so you won't regret it !!

Was on the hunt for a good nutritional shake and came across True North Nutrition through a google search so I decided to give them a try. I was greeted when I walked in and placed my order for a banana cream pie shake. Shake was delicious and service was quick. Definitely my new go to! Highly recommend!! 10/10

My place to go!!! If you are ever in need of energy or just want a replacement meal they got you cover!! As soon as you walk thru the doors you feel welcome and they make you feel at home. Any question they will answer and wont leave you confuse. Darryl and Cerissa are the most amazing, humble, friendly and understanding people that you will ever meet. Again this is my place to go just to sit and drink my tea and just chat. Highly recommend.

First off let me start by saying, wow. I went in for the first time today to pick up an order for other people. The owner gave me a sample of what ever the person was having…I DONT like protein shakes and definitely wouldn’t ever choose the peanut butter banana chocolate shake on my own but after the sample I said YES PLEASE. It tasted so good & definitely does NOT taste like a protein shake. Holy smokes im hooked and will 100% be back

I tried Herbalife searching for a different smoothie shop. The staff is outstanding and caring. The smoothies are aimed at protein and powders so no fresh ingredients. If that’s what you’re looking for, they are excellent and have a very creative customer-based menu.
