Went for 2 frostys and fries thoes were great but the manager and an employee were complaining about having 4 baconator fries in a row and that its disrespectful to order that many. Its just fries cheese and bacon. Its not hard maybe it was someone's dinner and lunch. Be respectful at the window. Could be the car in fronts family.

Upon walking in my family was looked down on, and I’m not sure what the joke was about but they were all laughing it seemed like we had 5 heads each.
It was about 8:15 the latest and you could feel the instant hate because we came in and didn’t seem like they wanted to attend us. Once putting the order they guy who I am assuming was the manager since he was wearing blue and didn’t even look like he had a uniform on he was cursing and aggravated constantly looking at his phone and basically throwing the fries in the bag. They all made us feel completely uncomfortable and like we were a huge inconvenience to them. Mind you my family was very respectful and quiet and when we left we cleaned their tables and left everything as was. it was such an issue to serve us we made sure we didn’t leave any mess behind. This was the kings highway Wendy’s and really their behavior was so unprofessional and rude and swearing behind the counter lucky my kids sat right away if not they would’ve heard his nasty words. This was terrible customer service Wendy please do better with the people you hire because clearly they all need a few more trainings of how to treat the customer

i go to this wendys atleast once a week. as long as you are not going in the early morning or late at night it is usually good quality food. i usually get a couple of double stacks and some fries. i like and hate the AI they got taking orders. haven't gotten a bad order yet but if you ask it to summarize what you order it cant. somtimes it will at the very end of the order. i will say staff is usually good when i go sept yesterday when i asked for my card back after the women gave me my food and tried to close the window without my card. that women gave me one hell of a death stare just for asking for my credit card back.

I place my order at the speaker and when I get to the window I always check my order before pulling off and the thing I did with one of my meals I ordered one of them with the spicy nuggets and one with regular in the bag they put both regular nuggets and I also ordered an extra cheeseburger for my granddaughter which wasn't even in the bag or on the order I then pull off and realize after I'm already on the road and my granddaughter goes to eat her cheeseburger that they gave a chicken sandwich instead by this time I gave up I stopped at the other Wendy's on the way home and got her a different Burger

Pretty average place and the food was decent. Sandwiches needed some extra sauce to combat the dryness. Grab some extra condiments if you go. Otherwise we were pleased to have food from this location while traveling through.
