Literally only got fries, one cookie and a drink and they couldn’t even remember my straw, on top of that took mad long at the window for cold fries. It’s honestly insane to spend $10 on that when they can’t even do it properly.

This place STINKS real bad.. straight body odor mixed with the stench of rodents. I don’t know how you trust your meal coming from a place with such a bad odor. I’ve been standing here for five minutes… the amount of different smells of nasty going into my nose is crazyyyy

I would give this straight 0 stars, after getting out of work around 11 and getting a burger and fries from here because there’s not much open at that time, I found myself waking up the next morning with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Vomiting since 7am, even went to urgent care. This place sucks.

I wish I could give zero stars because just how do you consistently mess up every single time. The amount of mess ups that come through this restaurant on kings highway is out of control. The lack of professionalism is appalling, they will have you sitting at that window looking you right in the face and not even bother to see if you need anything or have a question, you could be rapping on that window and they will disregard you until they feel like answering you. The quality of the food is trash and the employees are at fault for this, giving out cold food that has sat out who knows how long and putting wrong ingredients or just wrong items and getting frustrated with customers when they return these incorrect items. I could keep going but I just wanted to make sure I let it be known how bad it is at this specific store because this is where I’ve experienced myself and hears many negative situations from. They need to be held accountable for the poor effort on their part for ruining the name with bad service. I hope the employees gather some sense cause I know they hate to see me coming.

Literally waited 15-20mins for just a normal combo meal. The girls were just standing around talking and laughing with each other. Won’t be going there again. I love wendy’s so much so really disappointed.

I just went to the Wendy’s on Kings Highway in New Bedford mass I got a number six, which is a spicy chicken sandwich, added pickles. sweet iced tea. I got the new taco salad with chili. My french fries were hot. My sandwich was very hot not spicy but stove top hot and now I’m eating my salad. The chili was also hot! It was so good. Also didn’t have to wait a long time for the food to be finished

Ok I ordered food $31.68 total including the Uber eats charge, the driver goes to get the food they didn't make it but they did charge my card. The driver explained to Uber the situation I was told 12 days to be refunded. I just found out my refund was denied. I've tried to call Wendys on Kings Hwy and they're phone isn't accepting calls at this time you cannot make this up. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my money refunded for food I never received. I will call Corporate if I have too it seems this Wendy's needs to up their game I've seen terrible reviews.

Ordered a number six with a Diet Coke… no Diet Coke. Only Coke Zero. No problem. Ordered it. Two cars up was waiting for meal and the car in front took a long time. Very long time. Got to window… employees were swearing. Dropping f-bombs. Not professional but whatever. Pay the 11 bucks and drive off. Sandwich- good, fries- like warm, Coke Zero- had absolutely no syrup and tasted like seltzer. Not a good Wendy’s.

Stopped here for quick bite at 7:15 pm on Friday 11/22/24 and was highly disappointed in the dirty tables seen, nasty dirty looking soda fountain, our food was not even warm to eat , disgusting. Staff workers (at least seen 5-6 ) all talking and laughing loudly, one girl even used profanity and mocked about using profanity and the managers no where to be seen up front. Definitely need better work ethics here at this establishment. Won't be returning again.
