Went to Wendy's at 10:45 pm on 12/27. Trying to order a frosty and was met with the most rudest and unprofessional attitude I've ever encountered. The man at the window gave me a hard time about using a card for a small purchase. Said he should spit in my drink. After I left I called the restaurant to speak to a shift supervisor. The same guy told me he is the supervisor. I asked if there would be a manager in tomorrow and what is their name. He told me "why don't you come in and find out if you got something to say".... Rude and threatening..... Real nice. I'll take my business else where. Luckily there is BK next door and McDonald's across rhe way!
Ordered from the mobile app to be told that the window that I was refunded even though the money was never refunded on my card. Spent $ for no reason. Seems night shift has been a serious problem every night for other customers

Ordered 60.00 worth of food...Chilli was absolutely disgusting! Also ordered 2 peppermint frosties I got 2 warm coffees with SPOONS!! Manager was rude! Still didn't receive my frosties and can't get ahold of the store and food was stone cold...even the coffee ???

Never going back thought I was walking into a ghetto hood in the Bronx, everyone wearing hoodies pants sagging dirty underwear showing looked like they were all high ready to make a low low budget rap video, I thought they were joking but nope wendys got a bunch of hood boogers working for them. No order no respect, employees cursing up a storm and to top it off the place was a mess food every where Flies every where, it was a dirty grimy place. #Crackhouse .
