Food is bad. Too dry, overcooked, hard, and overpriced. I'm not sure how they've stayed in business so long. There are no good Chinese places to eat out around here anymore. They all take shortcuts and it's low quality food. They just don't care anymore. I'd rather go without then eat at any Chinese place again. I've had better frozen meals than this.

Bad doesn't begin to describe it. Ying used to be one of the best. No longer. Service was almost nonexistent. Food was borderline spoiled and burnt (the fried food was on round three or four through the fryolator). You are allowed four table visits (order your food/drinks, drinks delivered, food delivered, and the bill. Never asked how anything was (they know). The cherry on top? When we were just about ready to leave, I watched the cook walk out of the kitchen wearing his apron and use the restroom. Absolutely disgusting. I couldn't pay and get out of there fast enough. See the photo for what all the fried food looked like. I took that picture and then threw our leftovers right in the trash. Absolutely horrible.

Great chinese food 😋.
Spent $80 on Chinese food that is not edible. Very disappointed. The chicken fingers have zero flavor, chicken looks like styrofoam, fried rice was the only thing we could eat but it had a burnt flavor/after taste. Obviously won’t be returning. Gross.
Okay for take-out but definitely DO NOT eat here. My family was going to go to Jade Garden but they were closed, so we came here. First of all, it was freezing. Maybe that’s okay for during summer, but on a chilly early spring day, it’s horrible. Secondly, the customer service is awful. We had 7 people at our table, which is a larger party. However, there were only 5 other people in the restaurant. The service was so slow. It took a long time for us to get our orders taken, then a long time to get our drinks, and an extra long time to get our food. When the food was finally brought, I did not receive my order. She asked me what I ordered, and without saying anything else, she went back to the kitchen. It took 10-15 minutes, when the people with me were halfway done eating, for my order to come. I didn’t even receive an apology, which is the minimum in decent customer service. I asked why it took so long, and her excuse was that it was a large party and my order was put it last (which is was not taken last and my table and the other table here after us got their food). Severely disappointed because I used to like this place. Now, I’m just angry and will not come back.
