Pizza is great, cashier has an attitude that makes you, not want to return. Third visit and will not return after today. Issues: last visit decided to order pepperoni slices from a fresh pie and specifically asked for slices from that pizza, received two from freshly made pizza and an old cheese slice with pepperoni added. Received coupon via sms, attempted to use coupon but charged a web fee of $1.00 making a $3.00 coupon worth $2.00. Ordered at restaurant refused to accept code, paid full price. There are great alternatives for pizza in Newburyport. Not worth being a customer here.

I’ll be honest. I’m looking for the best pizza around, it’s not in Salisbury, so I ventured here on a referral.
This was possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had.
The staff was awesome. The place was clean. I’m throwing $80 worth of food in the trash because it’s inedible. 3 people eating, not one took a third bite of anything.

NOTORIOUS PIZZA - is there an option to give zero stars? Because this place has zero customer service.
My husband just got back after two years of being deployed by the military out of the country and one of the things he was looking forward to was coming home to his favorite calzones from this restaurant. Not only did they give him the wrong order when he picked up the food – when my husband asked for the calzones, the owner himself was incredibly RUDE and said they did nothing wrong. Over the course of the call, the owner did not seem to care at all about the situation. Needless to say, if this is the kind of person who runs the place, then there is no hope for the rest of the staff. We’re looking for another pizza and calzone spot in the area. Never again.
We've visited Famous Pizza many times when in the area. Exceptional food and service. Beautiful dining room since the remodel. I enjoyed a Turkey sub loaded with veggies.

I love their Sandwiches, pizza, & their calzones. U can sit down, do carryout, & delivery. Recommend this place. The service & the people that work there are very cordial.
The pizza here is truly exceptional, and the salad is equally delightful. However, we were not satisfied with the French fries since they were pre-packaged and had a crunchy batter. We were hoping for regular potato fries instead!It is important to note that this establishment offers gourmet pizza, and as a result, the prices are set accordingly at $25 per pie, our bill for 2 Pizzas, 2 French Fries and 1 Salad was almost $80.While we appreciate and are willing to pay for high-quality food, we understand that this may not be the ideal pizza place for families on a budget with young children who are simply looking to feed their little ones.
Parking: Plenty of Parking!
Kid-friendliness: Very Pricey if you are on a Budget!

Did an online order, picked up the pizza brought it home went to grab a piece not what we ordered and definitely wouldn’t eat as it has meat on it! We called said they would make another one but we’re 25 minutes away. Wasn’t driving back. Very disappointed in the lack of caring or options other than a credit for next time!
