Great Pizza! I was in your shop on Saturday, 29 Oct. This is what I have been searching for. The pizza reminds me of what I used to get in the 1940's and 1950's at pizzerias and barrooms. Thin, with the cheese and tomato spread right up to the edges. Almost foldable but not stiff. The flavor is satisfying and peaceful with a cold drink.
