Got a sub Wednesday night and I’ve been throwing up ever since. Not the first time I’ve gotten sick from this location but it is the first time I’ve had to seek medical help so I will never be back. Definitely don’t recommend

My order was messed up yet again today. It seems there is a lack of communication in this store which needs to be addressed. I am a frequent customer and I am appalled. I will not be coming back.

Pros: Food is great. Staff are friendly.

Cons: Yes, you have to expect 4-7 people ahead of you in line at lunchtime. What is unwelcome is that the person slicing seems to have to make sandwiches for in-shop customers AND for people who have called in or ordered online. When it is busy in the shop, it is VERY frustrating to watch him slicing sandwiches for customers not even in the store. For those of us who took the time to come to the shop (and often have to hunt for a parking space in the inadequate parking lot) it is frustrating. I waited through "six sandwiches" before I gave up and left without ordering.

Ordered on line. When we got home we were not satisfied with our products. So we drove back to the the store with the expectation of having 3 of our orders re-made. We were met by Kean the shift manager who put rubber gloves on. Then he dug into the 2 tuna subs and said he found a pickle. In a four section sub their was one pickle per section and look I found some lettuce too he said. On a bowl he offered to give us a refund. He did not know how to do it but said wrote us a note saying we would get a refund on the bowl due to it being in a puddle of oil. He refused to re make the subs and gave them back to us. Unacceptable service for a regular customer.

First, I just wanna say I love the subs here . The staff is very kind every time I have come in . I have one large complaint though. Today I came in to order a sub and had two customers ahead of me. I waited for almost 30 minutes as the staff got several online orders and fulfilled those first. I feel as though there should be separate staff fulfilling online orders versus patrons who are in the shop. Finally, as more patrons came in more staff came out to help, but at that point I had already been waiting almost almost 30 minutes while others behind me had only waited five. It felt very frustrating to wait so long . I know the staff was just doing their job and they were working very hard. However, there should not be one person only able to cut meat, while five other people stand there in line waiting there. I think there should be at least two people as this process takes a while . The sub was great but the wait would deter me from coming back as 25-30 min is just too long with 2 people ahead of me. ( they waited also )

Ordered online at noon. It said 15 minutes and then when completed the order it said 30 minutes. No big deal. I show up at 12:10 in case it was ready early. Friendly cashier asks my name and they ask, who I find out after, is the OWNER if it was ready. He yells out "No, because she's 30 minutes early" which I calmly told him, I was 20 minutes early and I didn't mind waiting. As I was waiting, 5 customers came in after me and got their food. I told him nicely that next time, I won't order online, I'll just go in, since he served then first even though they came in after me. Then I asked who the manager was. When they told me that he was the owner I was appalled that he spoke like that! Cashier apologized and made my sub after about 10 minutes. I didn't mind the wait, but I did mind his rude mouth and behavior. I'll never go back.

Lala Spring

I ordered through the Jersey mikes app for delivery. It arrived 20 minutes early and came out great! I got the turkey mikes way and added mayo. It’s not soggy and the produce is fresh. I even got the mini and saved the other half for tomorrow.

Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free bread options for the whole menu and you can get the product in a bowl.
