First, I just wanna say I love the subs here . The staff is very kind every time I have come in . I have one large complaint though. Today I came in to order a sub and had two customers ahead of me. I waited for almost 30 minutes as the staff got several online orders and fulfilled those first. I feel as though there should be separate staff fulfilling online orders versus patrons who are in the shop. Finally, as more patrons came in more staff came out to help, but at that point...
I ordered through the Jersey mikes app for delivery. It arrived 20 minutes early and came out great! I got the turkey mikes way and added mayo. It’s not soggy and the produce is fresh. I even got the mini and saved the other half for tomorrow.
Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free bread options for the whole menu and you can get the product in a bowl.

Cons: Yes, you have to expect 4-7 people ahead of you in line at lunchtime. What is unwelcome is that the person slicing seems to have to make sandwiches for in-shop customers AND for people who have called in or ordered online.
