I eat at Chipotle regularly and have plenty of other locations to compare it to, but my visit today (July 21) at 7:00 PM was completely disappointing. The staff comes across as a bit strange, works at a snail's pace, and gives off the impression that they really don't want to be there. There was a SPIDER in my burrito bowl. The smudge on the side of the bowl is from me trying to see what it was and crushing it in the process. Please check your food people!!!
Ever since we started doing chipotlelane versus delivery we haven’t had any issues. My burrito bowl comes stacked with tons of food. If you don’t order a lot of different toppings, you won’t have a lot of food added.
