there was poop smeared all over the bathroom upstairs
Michael Harborside is awesome! Family and kid friendly. Portion sizes were great.
Exceptional fish and chips! A truly satisfying and comforting meal that leaves you craving more. Highly recommended for for seafood lovers!
Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm, inviting ambiance that blends traditional beach decor with a modern twist.

Super slow service. The lobster roll was bland & the chowder, best guess, was not made in house.

Lunch was expensive with few specials. Burger was overcooked and service was spotty. Multiple people took care of us which was ok, but I felt like we were kind of unattended at the bar. Hostess was very nice and greeting was nice
The place was not busy like it could be if the lunch menu had more appeal.

As far as atmosphere, it was too cool for us to sit outside. Had we sat outside I would have given it a 5 star. We had the fresh lobster and it was divine. Our server was spot on, both with service and personal attention and his personality was perfect for making it a fun and relaxing experience. The lobster was a bit extravagant but definitely worth the money. It was prepared perfectly.

We had a really nice dinner on our last day in New England. The atmosphere was great, as was the food.

My clam chowder was really good, bread was perfect. Hubby was a little disappointed with his fish and chips, but that might be because (1) we just got back from Scotland and Ireland where the fish and chips are unbeatable or (2) he’s a fan of cod over haddock. In any case, a decent but not great lunch for a pretty pricy ($28 for fish and chips) meal.

I had my baby shower at Michael’s Harborside and it was fantastic! I highly recommend using their upstairs space for your private event. They even accommodated a guest who had a dairy allergy! Kerri was great to work with! Thank you for an amazing shower that I’ll always remember!
