This Newburyport location is reliably unreliable and they will do nothing to make things right with the customer when they make costly mistakes. Their pizzas cost about $26 and it’s a coin flip as to whether you’ll actually receive what you ordered when you ordered it. You can expect any combination of burned pizzas, being given the wrong pizza, forgotten toppings, a lack of toppings, or making you wait far beyond the time promised for your order.
