We only had meatballs and bread sticks but it was really good and enough for both of us! Good cookies too!

I have ordered gluten free pizzas from this company for a while. Great tasting and great options for gluten free.

Yesterday for dinner I ordered from here 7/26 for my family and I. It was my first time ordering from here. I’m aware that now of days so many things are very overpriced which is fine. I think six slices for a small pizza and it costing 20 dollars is outrageous. I ordered it because I didn’t know my pizza was going to be the size of a personal pan pizza. The flavor was a 10/10. The consistency was a 0/10 the pizza was a little too crispy so it made it hard like cardboard. I don’t recommend this place too overpriced.

When you have been making your own amazing pizza for several years, primarily driven by a vegan forward diet, it ‘s admittedly difficult to consider ordering someone else’s. With a few exceptions, either the crust is not as good, or ingredients are not as vast, flavorful, or PLENTIFUL.
My husband and I recently moved to the Newburyport area. No working oven, and being exhausted from the tasks at hand, we decided to give OTTO a try for our pizza - martini Friday night. It was really worth it so had to share.
We ordered basically a Greek influence with Kalamata, onion, spinach, red sauce which we normally would not include, and their VEGAN cheese option hoping for the best.
Credit where credit is due, very delicious. Hope you might consider expanding the vegan options with some blue or feta time to time.
Thanks,
John and Jon

Never left a one star before but.... Ordered delivery for dinner. They took my money but never delivered my pizza. Keep trying to call but they are now closed.

Pizza was barely warm when it was delivered LATE, and the delivery guy practically threw it at us and took off fast.
The shape the smashed box was in told us something was wrong. We opened the lid, and saw a mess of what was supposed to be our pizza. (There was also the issue of no pepperoni as well.)
Sadly, I put a 10.00 delivery tip on my card when we ordered it.
We took pictures and called Otto's in Newburyport immediately, and reported all of this.
Supposedly, we are to get a refund. Still waiting for it to be returned to my card.
This was ordered online with OTTO'S in house delivery.

This is a pizza place inside of a liquor store. That was a little bit confusing for us, so I figured I would warn you. The worker that we interacted with was very young but super helpful. He helped us decide what to order and even had the machine let us split the bill. Would recommend ordering ahead because it was a bit weird to walk around a liquor store for 15 minutes as someone under 21. Also of note that they don't have public restrooms, so you will have to hold it until you can make it somewhere else. Pizza was fine, pretty greasy. I wouldn't deliberately go back, but if I found myself in this particular liquor store/cheese store/pizza shop again, it would not be the end of the world.

Edit: would like to say that you did not miss the mark at all. All of my critiques were personal preference things and you are running an excellent business.

Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian, you should know by now that if you order pizza without meat on it, you can eat pizza. This is a safe space for vegetarians. I did not have any meat on my pizza and no one said anything mean about it.

Parking: You will be okay. There are two lots with about 10 spaces each on either side of the building. Easy peasy.

Kid-friendliness: Kids cannot help you carry alcohol, but they can help you eat pizza. Would recommend ordering ahead so that your kids aren't sitting around a liquor store while your pizza cooks.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors! No stairs! May be a bit difficult to navigate the aisles but is pretty good in terms of accessibility.

The rudest people answering the phone. There is no option to add a side of marinara sauce on DoorDash which is $1???? What is wrong with these people? Just for the inconvenience they should just throw it in the bag especially when two pizzas are $51. This is my first and last time ordering from these people who clearly are ignorant. Italian people treat their customers with love, and take pride in their business. Otto would be an Italian based name. ?? ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️
