THIS PIZZA WAS ABSOLUTE FIRE!!! Great crust, big slice (literally a quarter), pepperoni was the real deal that brims with oil so you know it’s not the cheap stuff. Taste was out of this world! Dough was delicious and flavorful. Best pizza I’ve had in a while. I wish I lived closer. This is the pizza you surprise everybody with because this is kind you want to have when you think of pizza.

Honestly great pizza. But the suck level here in Newburyport has just reached too high. 2 hours tonight to bring one small and one large pizza. The large cane ice cold. The small didn’t come at all. Not the first time. So many places to order. Skip this

Very disappointed, we have been ordering for years and just recently the quality went down dramatically. Order online is disabled and the person who is taking orders on the phone is rude and seems careless in making side remarks . I used to order the spicy pullporks with scallions and there is barely any meat on it. Meat ball ricotta got the same treatment. These pizzas are no longer worst the extra cost because I suspect there is a new franchise owner who is cutting on cost and still changing full price. I can no longer recommend this shop and will bring my business else where unless it changes.

Disappointed today. Received a message saying my order was ready, but arrived to find out it wasn't. Waited 20 minutes before they told me they forgot to put in the 2nd pizza. Kept waiting as more pizzas went in and came out of the oven, but not mine. Finally got it after 45 minutes. No discount and the manager never stepped up. It'll be a long time, if ever, before I go back. I'd rather have a pizza from Oregano.

Great gourmet pizza options. There is a liquor store with lots of variety including a non-alcoholic section. There’s a cheese counter with imported cheeses. The liquor store will take requests too. I recommend the pizza with hot honey, goat cheese and pepperoni.

I ordered a "build your own" pizza. The online delivery process was confusing and I accidentally ordered my toppings to be only on one half of the pizza. Worse, two of the toppings that I ordered and paid for weren't even on half. When I called to let them know they did apologize and offer to make me a new pizza, but I didn't have time to wait for it. They acknowledged that I wasn't the only one to have some confusion with the online ordering process. It's too bad; they have nice pizzas but they seem a bit disorganized.

Best pizza I've had in a long time! Nice thin crust, and the cheese is the perfect kind of blend! I usually get the pepperoni and mushroom.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Auto Pizza in Newburyport. Be prepared to wait for two hours, and even when you finally make it to the restaurant, anticipate an additional 20-minute wait after ordering, only to be told they just put your pizza in. The long wait is not worth the time or money.

Double dough is a must! We live about 20 minutes away from the Newburyport location so placed an online order before we left. Order was fresh, hot & ready when we got there. The Sriracha Chicken with Avocado on double dough is super delicious.

Hi Otto pizza, don’t hide yourself in a liquor store?. Great and delicious pizza! This is a take out only store, so we ordered onsite and take them to a nearby park one block away. We loved it from the first bite!
