Me and my husband have never been here before and decided to stop in on our way home. First thing we noticed was I believe the manager. You could really tell she ran a tight ship in a good way. She was guiding her staff through important routines such as ensuring everyone had a task like wiping tables, double checking togo orders (she caught and fixed a missing item in a bag), she also was making sure things were stalked appropriately. Small details that make things run smoothly and could tell she really cared about making the place run efficiently. In the short time we were there could tell everyone was really working hard and were friendly. On top of it the food was really good and would come back on our way through! Also was very quick to get our food.

I recently had a bagel with cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and salmon (lox) The bagel was good; the CC, Lettuce, and tomato ok to good The smoked salmon/lox on the other hand was putrid and disgusting, just fat with a little bit of meat, really bad, I felt sick afterward.

I used to love this place when I just found it but now after my fifth visit, everything has been horrendous, Ugly attitude when they take your order and they messed up my order the last three times I've been there. I dont know what's going on but if I keep coming back it is because the good flavor of the sandwiches.
Decent bagel. Coffee was very good. Seating was nonexistent.

Ordered cinnamon sugar bagels (cost extra) and there were some left. Then, someone else orders cinnamon sugar bagels after us… they give that person the bagels and tell us that there are no more and we have to choose something different. A bagel shop should never run out of bagels.

I've been going to this location for years and the bagels have always been amazing, so moist. The last 2 times I've gone , they changed the chedder Jalapeno bagel and the raisen cinnamon bagel as well. The bagels tasted stale, and for the price , I haven't gone back, it's disappointing to see after all these years they changed the bagels. I went to the Star Market and bought some and they were delicious.

The smokehouse brisket breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel was probably one of best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was so amazing. I had to take a star off for the coffee though. I got a caramel cream cold brew and the cream was pretty much non existent. Given the name I didn’t expect it. Not a huge deal, I added cream just threw me off a bit.
