Erin Marie, the bartista was awesome. And patient. Love her attitude. New to the area. Highly recommend. Thank you for a friendly environment.

worst matcha latte I’ve ever had in my life, it wasn’t even blended properly

The espresso is good quality, but I happen to absolutely despise the taste of oat milk, so 3 inches of oat milk cold foam on my whole milk latte kind of ruined it this time. I did not see anywhere in the menu specifying that the cold foam would be made from oat milk..

The staff look like “Angry Birds”! Never a smile, many of them have earphones either talking with someone on the phone or listening to sth, and the treatment ranges from neutral to disrespectful. I’ve been there many times and seen different people working there, all look the same.

Three visits here over the last couple days and every one has been bad. They act so annoyed to be asked for a coffee, stop the oven early and give cold food, and ignore people for minutes in the line.

Slow service

They've been open until 7 pm for years. Today bought an Americano, sat down at 5.50 and 10 min later they closed at 6 pm. Their new hours aren't convenient for people after work. It was wasted money and bad experience.

The coffee and food is, IMO, better then starbucks, but the service is atrocious
almost as if Nero deliberately hires people who are slow as molasses in January; if there is any sort of line be prepared to wait and wait and wait
but if you want a great atmosphere, this is the place to go

This was a cute neighborhood coffee shop! There was lots of great seating and the drinks were good, especially the chai latte. The service was friendly but a little slow and the prices were a little high, but overall we enjoyed sitting for a while with our drinks.

This was a real pleasure. I paid 10 bucks for a croissant and coffee with milk, not even in Switzerland! The guy making the coffee was shouting (not fighting just showing his insecurities) with a customer about the Patriots' search for a new coach. Very interesting insights in the management of a multimillion dollar business. Then, I have to suffer a couple of forty something having their first date at 8:30 AM ( i guess, they just drop their kids at school). They were also shouting ;-) To finish this treat, the store expected that I pick up my cup and dish !! What a wonderful way to help my community of ripped off customers, doing the store employees' work!

A great place to have a nice coffee (and maybe a croissant) and chat with friends or even work

The store is understaffed, but the service is very good due to the incredibly hard work of the manager. He is friendly and always pleasant. The Company needs to increase his staffing hours.

There is a big line people waiting for their coffee. Some people are leaving because they don’t wanna stay and wait in line. I don’t know who is the manager but instead of doing secondary things they should take care of customers first, I’m not gonna say which workers but they gotta work on their pace. It’s a nice place but need to be quicker sometimes. I’m still coming here for their coffee , the staff is nice but tempo is a bit slow.
