Today is 9/16/2025 there was a little mix up with the waitress.I think her name was buzz.A be u s e or something like that, anywayThe manager's name was ben.He was very polite, very respectable and very thorough.And making me feel comfortable since i've been sitting here for thirty five forty minutes.Waiting for a takeout order that the lady screwed up period i'm very appreciative of his effort to try to make it right, because i'm getting some lunch from me and my mother who's ninety years old.And he definitely made me feel like he was straightening it out.He's gonna take care of it.So I want to give him all the stars.I can give him and appreciate him.And I got pictures to the bathroom was cleaned.The place was immaculate!! I was very, very upset and he definitely calmed me down.I've seen his side of it, and he made plenty of good sense to smart, educated good person.Seescake factory has a good manager with that one.God bless him and the store.But nothing but success

went to pick up an online order, arrived there 5 min after the suggested pick up time, still had to wait an additional 15-20 min. Didn't realize until I got home that my fries were missing from my order. I spent nearly $100 on the order. normally I wouldn't make a big deal over something as little as fries, but when you pay $20 for just a sandwich, it hurts. I had to heat up some of my own fries i had in the freezer. what upset me the most is I contacted them TWICE and was put on hold for nearly 15 min before I just gave up. terrible experience

The atmosphere and food is very good, but the prices are a bit high. Before ordering the food, bread was delivered warm with butter, and I quickly asked for some olive oil. I went in for a late lunch and had the Renee's chicken almond salad sandwich lunch, which includes half of a chicken salad sandwich, a cup of soup, and a small salad. The salad is actually quite large. The sandwich was outstanding and the soup was really good. This is actually a pretty hearty meal and I don't think anyone would go away hungry, so there's no real need for an appetizer. Between the meal and the bread, just about anyone I think would be satisfied. I wish I had taken a picture as the presentation was very nice as well.

Didn’t know how to make a martini espresso, i just got vodka with espresso, where is the coffee liquor and Irish cream? My husband got a whisky sour and obviously they didn’t know how to make it, we waited 1hr for our food and it was cold!🙄 waitress didn’t understood English and was kind of slow

It was a good restaurant with good food very taste and well make. The presentation was also very likely. Just the settings of the table are crowded and stuffed. But all around was oke. But it does feel like someone is walking on top of you. And when they were singing happy birthday, I felt like to much on top of our table. Other than how stuffed it is, it's fine.
The price was also very high. But I can understand for the fresh parts you get and the cocktails.

We have been going to the Cheesecake Factory Chestnut Hill for years. The servings keep shrinking. The cake slices have gone from 3” to 2” yet the prices are staying the same or going up. Our latest visit the waitress didn’t even know what French dressing was and was unsure about the other dressings the restaurant might carry.

Always a good experience. Cheesecake Factory is a staple for us and evokes so much nostalgia. The Chestnut Hill location has plenty of seating indoors and even outside. our waitress was friendly, cordial and attentive. The food is delicious and portions are big! I always have enough leftovers for another meal, maybe even 3!

A bit expensive- as the Cheesecake Factory usually is, but the staff were super nice and the food was delicious. Great on occasion / with family & friends when you can afford to spare some money for it
