Just left the Chessecake factory, we had a fabulous lunch John was amazing he had the patio closest to the inside of the mall he did an amazing job and should be recognized for it

Had my birthday cake from here and you can never go wrong with good cheesecake for a birthday! Also had the usual shrimp and steak diane, the steaks shrunk a little in size in comparison to previous years -- but it still tastes good pnt

Take out service is TERRIBLE! Food is good, but had to wait over 30 min from when they said my take out would be ready. Clearly they do not value costumer's time.

I am consistently let down by this location. I order take out, and something is always missing that I pay extra for or they just don’t pay attention to special requests. The front of house staff are very nice but unfortunately whoever is in charge of double checking orders before they go out clearly does not care or pay attention.

Stopped by the Chestnut Hill location for a to go treat for the wife. Went with the usual Adam's Peanut Butter. Every bit as delicious as our local option. Easy transaction, in and out despite it being a busy time on a weekend visit.

The experience was a bit down this time, the drinks I ordered were missing, the food was served much slower, and the sound at noon should not be very good! The taste of the four dishes ordered this time was not very good.

Very expensive and just okay. Not much gluten free vegan and sugar free. They had a vegan dish, a couple of gluten free, a sugar free but nothing with all three.

I've visited The Cheesecake factory several times , most recently with my wife and an adult son , they are enamored with the establishment , more so than I , theirs are not the run of the mill menu options which my family enjoys extremely but I find the fare ok
