Took my mom out to lunch . Very nice location . Had a wonderful sever name Tatianna who was very hands on . Made sure she asked us how our food was ? If she could help with anything . Great service. If you come to this location I suggest you ask for Tatianna to be your sever . She is amazing .

I recommend visiting any of the other Cheesecake Factory locations besides this one. Terrible experience. We were told the wait was 30 minutes. After checking in with the hostess 3 times and after an hour, we had to raise our voices to get seated because they were going to let us stand waiting there all night. They even tried telling us we didn't check in and that they texted us but we did not come (even though we were standing by the hostess waiting the whole time and never received a text message). Incredibly unprofessional. When finally getting a seat, the service was terrible. They forgot my wife’s meal and did not offer any apologies or anything. Avoid this cheesecake factory!

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a cheeseburger and a Diet Coke, but the soda was completely flat. It was replaced twice (Diet Coke, then Coke Zero), and all were flat and tasted like syrup.

The manager said he tasted it and thought it was fine, which was frustrating. Soda quality is basic for a restaurant, especially a large chain like Cheesecake Factory. Machines clearly need servicing. I chose not to stay for lunch.

The Cheesecake Factory is our favorite place to go when we want to celebrate a special occasion or when we want to just enjoy a delicious meal together followed by (of course) a scrumptious slice of the most heavenly cheesecake you will ever taste. our current favorite is the Oreo dream extreme!

We reserved a table and were told everything was fine, but when we arrived there was a huge line. We waited for half an hour and then left. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

So disappointing! My husband and I took a friend to lunch expecting to sit in the courtyard area, only to learn that it was closed due to understaffing. We accepted an inside table, but it was dimly lit—at noontime—and proceeded to order. My husband’s skinny-licious burger was fine, but our friend’s wontons were skimpy. Worse still was my tortilla salad—limp greens, chicken hard to find, and no fresh avocado! As if they got ready-made guacamole from a grocery store and poured it over the greens. Almost inedible. What has happened to this restaurant?

This is perhaps my default Cheesecake Factory. Parking is free and generally easy to find and I am so glad they take reservations. The food was fine. Service was attentive.

I took my daughter here for her birthday she specifically ask to go to cheesecake factory we always go to this location today was different and disappointing as the waiter got my order and when I spoke to the manager all he said was your order would be soon didn’t ask to give us a discount or anything I canceled the order and we paid our tab and left this place needs better management the waiter not only did she get my order wrong she also got my husband order wrong never brought out his drink I don’t recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience. Our servers Lalo and Carlos were amazing hosts. They made my 21st birthday truly magical and they were so personalized with the whole night. Truly a 10/10 night due to them.

The Chestnut Hill Cheesecake Factory gave us an amazing birthday celebration today! Everyone we encountered was so pleasant. Our server Josie was exceptional!! She was the perfect match for our party of 9, ranging in age from 5 months to 90 years old. She was so patient while also efficient. Josie thoughtfully attended to-- even anticipating-- everything we could possibly need. Her warmth and kindness shined through all that she did for us.

Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. We ordered burger and chicken Madeira. The burger was okay but not that fresh. The chicken Madeira was burned very badly and we told the staff halfway. Nothing was done.
