After a 4 hour wait, a mountain of cheese arrives to my table. After scraping the 2 different types of cheese of my burger (ordered double bacon not cheese lol), the fries finally arrived to my table. I’m typing this before I eat them because they’re straight out of the fryer and unbearable right now. Get yourselves together, Cheesecake Factory.

The food was terrible. Im not sure what is happening with the cheesecake but it used to bemy favorite restaurant because it was consistent. Lately it has been really bad. Super poorly attended!!! The hosts directed well towards the tables but their waiters, especially a few, are not multilingual for customer service. We were a group of 10 people from different cultures. They did not translate for us. The only person who was available was the lady in charge of the desserts. The rest was terrible. We left. to never return congratulations to lucy in charge of desserts 5 points

My dad is 3 hours away from home being treated for cancer at Dana Farber in Boston. We all went out there to surprise him for his birthday. We took him out for lunch (9 of us). The restaurant was NOT busy. But the hostess very rudely told us the wait would be TWO hours. She didn't explain why. We asked to speak to the manager. She said they were short staffed. We asked if we could still have a table. We wouldn't mind waiting for service. She also rudely said no...even after we explained our situation. We went to Frank Pepe's Pizza and had an amazing experience.

Everyone knows the cheesecake factory, which is very consistent with a very large menu, but that's the problem as well. They are no longer current and need a revamp. The menu is somewhat smaller but still very large... who needs a book to order dinner? The bread however is why I go there.
