went to pick up an online order, arrived there 5 min after the suggested pick up time, still had to wait an additional 15-20 min. Didn't realize until I got home that my fries were missing from my order. I spent nearly $100 on the order. normally I wouldn't make a big deal over something as little as fries, but when you pay $20 for just a sandwich, it hurts. I had to heat up some of my own fries i had in the freezer. what upset me the most is I contacted them TWICE...
The atmosphere and food is very good, but the prices are a bit high. Before ordering the food, bread was delivered warm with butter, and I quickly asked for some olive oil. I went in for a late lunch and had the Renee's chicken almond salad sandwich lunch, which includes half of a chicken salad sandwich, a cup of soup, and a small salad.
