The guy that works the shift around 3pm- he goes above and beyond with his service skills. Very unusual for a dunkin to have such a friendly, personable, makes the right coffee the right way with a smile every time! Good job tall young man with a beard!

Some of the worst customer service, rude and not listening, can't even be bothered to look at customers when they order. The guys working there have all been mean, demeaning or both. Every experience has gotten progressively worse and I don't even have the energy to describe what happened yesterday and today. I'm done.

Holy smokes, ain't no jokes. This may have been the best Dunkin experience I've ever had; I'm talking top tier service, fantastic breakfast sandwiches, and good ol' fashioned freshly brewed coffee. Props to the friendly staff for such an enjoyable experience!!

Worst Dunkins ever! The guy that is on the picture is very rude and racist. I feel very sorry for the girl in the pic....she doesnt seem to understand english and this guys screams at her telling her if she understands rudly when i was placing my order. His costumer service is very rude and unpolite. The girl seems very bother by him and scared. Please look into it. As well as he doesnt have much things to offer he did not have must of the things i wanted. The donut place is very empty not much to grab from.

I came to this Dunks for the first time today…I normally go to the West Newton Spot…no hate to any situation that is short staffed, been there 1000% and it sucks. But I didn’t have to take a gamble on waiting 30 min if the efficient/solid people aren’t there.This dunks had 3 people on for a weekday morning and a sense of urgency, and their staff was very pleasant. I’ll be driving the extra 5 min out of my way for this one, because I’m ON TIME FOR MY DAY!!!And my refresher is perfect ?

The manager was decent but the other employee’s have minimal work ethic. The place was dirty. Crumbs everywhere. I ordered and waited about 6 minutes for two frozen coffee’s two sandwiches and hash browns. Only got the two coffee’s. Waited another 6 minutes for sandwiches with 3 customers in the building. No drive-thruVery poorly put together. Left when we got the food and the Food wasn’t even hot. Worst experience of my life. Didn’t eat food. Waste.
