PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. we got completly scammed as the guy swiped the card 5 different times, one time he put in the wrong information so he could give us a receipt saying it didn't go through, just so he could try and cover it up. Do NOT eat here.

Owner is the nicest person and the sandwiches are tasty! Only a complete loser would dislike this

John and Mynor are the best!! An absolute staple for BC and Newton, where you can feel like family and get an incredible sandwich or wrap unlike any other.

The owner & staff at Flat Breads are SO kind and positive! They were eager to welcome my friends and I as well as give us recommendations. Our sandwiches were also delicious - our favorite was the chicken caesar wrap!

The best deli I know: fast, with generous portions. The turkey club is a treat.

Often will charge prices different than the advertised price on the menu. Even went as far as entering my card information incorrectly and telling me it was decline for suspected fraud. The credit card company informed me he had submitted payment twice and then asked for a second form of payment. Charging me twice for the same sandwich!

I love this place. The owner and staff are amazing, friendly every time, and just good people. The sandwiches are good, but breakfast is my favorite! Great food, great value, great service!

Overall: 9.25 Taste: 9/10 - The flat breads are good and use real ingredients. Even if everything isn't made fresh to order the ingredients still have good flavor. Price: 10/10 - The breakfast items here are a really good deal with being only a few dollars for a filling meal. Service: 10/10 - The owner has been operating the business for 30 years! He is very friendly and always has a smile on his face. Ambiance: 8/10 - The restaurant has no seating and is more of a grab and go place. There are some nice decorations showing the history of the restaurant.

Great wraps at a great price! Both the chipotle chicken and Havana were delish. John, the owner was exceptionally kind. We will definitely be back.

Teeny tiny shop with barely enough room for ten people standing. Counter only, no tables. We were immediately greeted upon entry and our order was taken in a couple minutes while he was finishing up five or so orders. Our order was taken and ready in about five minutes. Great selection of beverages and chips. We had the Chicken Caesar and Chicken Acapulco. Caesar was great- nice and tart dressing with fresh lettuce. The Acapulco was decent. It is a heated sandwich. The flavor was elusive. The menu is large with lots of options and ability to customize. We will return to try more. Highly recommend trying it.Vegetarian options: Many of their sandwiches allow for a choice of meat (or none). Good veggie options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly. Plenty of kid friendly options and ability to customize for picky eaters or allergies.Parking: Many businesses packed in a small busy area across from Boston College. Parking will be a challenge.Wheelchair accessibility: Challenging tight store front.
