Jacob is probably the rudest employee i have ever encountered. I dont understand how they hired someone like him. Horrible attitude, horrible service.
Really good ice cream. My wife loves it. I have a few others that are my favorite here in Boston but JP Licks definitely does the job if you want good ice cream and good vibes
Beware of Dirty Tables!
Pricey, but popular!
A good ole classic ice cream spot. Gluten free and dairy free options available.
JP Licks is a long standing Ice cream chain throughout the Boston area.
Staff scoop quickly, Ice cream is fresh and tasty. The ice cream is on the expensive side, but is rich in flavor, a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and has a great taste.
They have soft serve options as well as yogurt available, and there are many flavors available for ice cream as well.
Staff poorly trained on allergy protocol
Yummy ice cream and great service.
Coffee flavor was awesome
The staff is very helpful and friendly. I bought a cake for my birthday. It was the place where I liked to eat ice cream, but the cake was delicious. I will definitely buy it again.
Parking: Oreo cake is gorgeous

I've been coming to JP licks for several years now, and despite the wonderful memories I've made here, it has undoubtedly gotten far worse. I came here last saturday with my family, and we were met only with rushed glances and hasty service. After waiting in a line out the door for almost 10 minutes, we were finally served, however it was rushed, and things were just flying all over the place. The back counter had rags and melted ice cream all over it and the workers just worked over it. Despite the huge lines, there were only a few workers, resulting in lines out the door and the place was overall extremely chaotic and disorganized. On top of that, the sitting area where I would've liked to sit was dirty and littered with trash.

My cousin found a hair in my mother's food and my cousin went to go say something about it and the worker was so rude rolling her eyes at my cousin.

Who doesn’t loveeee a great tasting ice cream served the old fashioned way … nothing fancy or trendy just great tasting ice cream served at the perfect temperature! There are so many kinds of America’s favorite dessert and JP has so many varieties both with and without lactose plus toppings that it’s heaven sent. And we are also supporting our local ice cream shop :) My favorite is the hot fudge sundae on mint chip ice cream sprinkled with Oreo chips and real whipped cream. Perfection. And there’s always a happy crowd of locals with giddy children laughing and international visitors smiling and chatting. The world is at peace over a few scoops of frozen cream…

The variety of ice creams is lovely... The flavor of the ones I had was nice... but one of the employees was just rude :/ if the answer to us saying it's our birthday is "oh, if you have the app you can get a free scoop :)" or whatever then say that
instead we received a blank stare and a rather nasty "uh.... ??okay? and?" like.. what?? I don't need you to happy my birthday but at least don't look at us like we just ran over your dog??? and to respond so nasty when we were just asking about birthday rewards :/ I also felt like we were rushed to get to check out.
I had an okay ice cream and a bad time. just talk like a normal person and be kind.
