This is a great take out spot, and the prices CANNOT be beaten ! Consistent, delicious, and cheap-what more could you want from a Viet place? Maybe better parking, but not a far walk/stroll from the municipal lot. Did I mention fast? They ONLY do take out, so find a nice picnic spot or bring it home. Bahn Mi holds up for a long drive
