Very rude worst customer service. They made my order wrong, so I called them to let them know, and they could care less not apologetic at all, unwilling to fix the issue.

Order delivery. Was not told they contract their deliveries to door dash or I would not have ordered. Lo and behold, my order never arrived.

Walked in and was told had to wait 20 minutes to make a half pizza, I promptly left to go elsewhere, understaffing is an issue and so was my hunger, sorry buddy, stop fluffing the lettuce and be more helpful?

20 minutes after their open time they'll "be ready to open in 5 or 10 minutes". Nothing posted, the door unlocked.

Excellent quality pizza quality but the customer service guy has terrible attitude and very rude. They don’t pick up the phone from first time you have to call them twice. Wish the manager address this.

Zero stars ...one of the white guy that works there is quite a piece of work... Such people are scum of the earth.. I would give it negative 100 stars if I could...

The worst pizza I have ever had and paid $18. I added mushrooms but there were literally only 3 slices of mushroom added. Never going back to this

The best pizza!

Although the food was decent, it was cold by the time it reached me because of an employee error. The salad was missing from my order and I called in because the driver didn't hand it to me. There was no accountability on the employee's part. At least take responsibility for the mistake that someone made in neglecting part of the order. I was then lied to on the phone. The "manager" said she would refund all of the order, but I still have yet to receive said refund. I would not trust this company. There are a ton of pizza options throughout Boston. You'd be better served going elsewhere.

Was overcharged + had an entree in my order missing. The “manager” lied and said she would refund the order, but she didn’t! Shoddy business practice. Take ownership of your errors and verify the entire order is complete!

Young kids working there and clueless. Ordered 5 pizzas for office lunch. Pizzas were undercooked and terrible. So sad.
