I've actually never been to a starbucks this bad. People were ordering drinks and waiting while this female employee with medium brown skin and black hair was just texting, holding the coffee in her hand, making everyone wait. It's 1pm on a Thursday, it's not busy. Rinse repeat with the next drink, constantly texting and making people wait. My drink was wrong too, and instead of correcting it, the female employee actually started arguing with me. Finally just had to leave about 15 minutes after I ordered. Place was a mess too, dirty and poorly stocked. Who's managing this place lol.

Horrible service. Waited a long time to get a simple hot tea only to get the completely wrong order even though the shop was nearly empty. The barista had a strange attitude when I pointed out that my order was wrong. He didn’t ask me to give back the original order so I threw it away. He then after the fact told me not to do that due to potential leaking, which was fair, but then he should’ve immediately taken back the original order. I also ordered the drink via mobile and it wasn’t ever fully processed.
Not a coffee drinker but absolutely LOVE to Caramel Frappuccino 😋

Starbucks in Newton Corner has Great Service and Atmosphere. At times there are not enough places to sit, that's because they're very busy. I didn't have food this time, only coffee! I'm rating food 4 ⭐ from the past. This Starbucks is a favorite of mine.
Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian sandwiches there okay, I would order again.
Dietary restrictions: Yes, they do have dietary restrictions but it's posted to let customers know some products may be made in facilities and to let them know.
Parking: The parking lot has plenty of spots. Mornings are mostly busy it can take some time to get your order and find a parking spot
Kid-friendliness: Yes! It's kid-friendliness, except when it's busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes! I believe they do, when it's busy it can be difficult to sit and move around.

Either use drive through or the app because if you are an actual walk in customer you will be waiting for someone to take your order forever. For whatever reason Starbucks now prefers drive through or mobile app before serving and actual walk in customer. Not just this store but most of there stores. For some older folks that are not tech savvy this is the issue they run into all the time and it can be frustrating.

Most awful experience. Waited 30 min for a bunch of coffees. First one didnt have sugar. The other chestnut praline latte was only a latte no chestnut praline. Got it remade and then it was doused wirh only sugar and syrup. What a waste of 6.50 and a waste of 30 min
