DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE, I ORDERED 1 COFFEE AT 9:34AM and it said eta 10:11 AM which is already a long time, it is still being prepared until 10:24 and it says it will arrive at 10:40….. it arrived at 11:12 AM! I ORDERED AT 9:34, THATS ALMOST 1 HOUR AND 40 MINITES. I live 12 minutes away, the coffee tasted so bad also they didn’t add my Carmel syrup like I asked, I asked for 6 pumps of it which was extra money too , AND I GOT NO REFUND, DOORDASH SUCKS, STARBUCKS SUCKS, THE WORKERS ALL SUCK

Very obliging and nice staff. And the message on the cup honestly did make my day a little better. So I had to leave a review. I wish I got my barista’s name, but she’s awesome - girl with the piercings

Poorly managed staff made huge crowds of customers (us included) captive waiting for their order. Half finished coffee drinks would sit for 10 mins before I had to request they get completed and I could finally leave. It took us 15 mins to get our order processed. Terrible.

The bleach blonde male ‘barista’ is extremely rude. I did absolutely nothing wrong… but he insulted me to another coworker, commented on my appearance, then muttered something under his breath as I walked out. To be clear - I did absolutely nothing at all. Bizarre. What a terrible rude and pathetic individual. I hope he reads this. Management at this store should address this behaviour.

I come here every morning for my “drive-into-work” refresher. There’s a Starbucks closer to my house but I’ll always pick this one! Not only are the drinks great, the staff are always so friendly and it’s great to start my day with some nice interaction!
