Have been eating at Tom’s since the 70’sHad an issue tonight, called in order and at pick up was told that they gave my order to someone else and they were going to bring it back so they did not start a replacement order.They seemed confused that I did not want a pizza that was being returned.They remade the order and apologized for the mix up but management should make it clear that orders that are returned should go in the trash and mixups should be started as soon as they are noticed.I will continue using Tom’s and offer this as a process improvement.
I'm embarrassed to say I have driven by hundreds of times and never stopped in, but I finally came to my senses an hour ago and stopped when I saw the neon "hot slices" sign in the window. I got one slice of cheese and one chicken/broccoli, they were delicious and exactly what I needed. They have a small display of Peggy Lawton cookies and brownies in front of the register, I love the old-school choices! Next time I will try a sub, or maybe a sub and bring a whole pizza home!
Your average sub/pizza shop. The atmosphere is pleasant and up-to-date. Service was excellent and quick. Food was great.

Living in the same neighborhood as Tom's, this has become our go-to pizza joint, especially for takeout. We love their cheese and pepperoni pizza -- so much so that we haven't bothered to try any other toppings in the 3 months we've been going here. :) Last night we also ordered their chicken tenders and they came with a liquidy honey mustard and it was pretty good! I myself love a good dipping sauce so I was happy to see them come with something to dip into. The tenders themselves were amazing. They're huge, and our order also came with like 10+ pieces in the box. Tom's is not cheaping out by any means. We love to see it.

Ordered an Italian sub on my way to work. First time going in. It was the best Italian sub I've ever had since moving here from upstate New York. Service was very quick as well

Very good sub shop I’d recommend the chicken Parmesan sub that was really yummy. Everything was really fresh and mostly it to go service place but they did have some seats.

I asked for a recommendation and the gentleman behind the counter (came to America from Venezuela in the 80's), recommended the Italian sub. He made it himself and it was amazing. It was toasted, it had just a touch of heat, the flavor was great....great service and great food! Highly recommend!
