After two attempted tries, this location wins the worst Chipotle location across the Globe. There is no way this isn't an individually owned location with an owner training the staff to be this horrible. It takes effort.

I order from several different Chipotles regularly. I try to avoid this one as the food never meets the quality of other stores. It'll either be an issue with portion size, freshness of food, or order accuracy. Tonight the mild salsa tasted like the tomatoes were overripe, and the rice was soggy. I strongly prefer the Waltham location. The Needham St location has a grumpy staff and the restaurant is always filthy.

Absolutely last time I ever order from this location. Food is never consistent and got home and realized that every single one of my orders is incorrect. Shocked they continue to let things like this happen.

perfect, always the food, but in their hours it says until 11, it is 10:30 they waited for us to buy the temples to tell us that they let us consume outside because it was closed, half an hour before is incredible, continue your salary if you vibrate it until 11.

Do not go to this Chipotle location! It's a total train wreck. I ordered a couple of burritos online. When I arrived, they were having some kind of technical issue and no online orders were made. None of the staff bothered explaining that there was a problem - I had to be told by other customers. Seemingly none of the staff spoke either English or Spanish. I had to re-order in the regular line and show my online order receipt at checkout. I will never go back here.

The employees need to be educated not to yell to customers. I recommend going to another place.

I went to pick up my online order today, and looked for my order on the shelf. And the big guy packing orders behind the shelf immediately yelled at me frantically "Name! Name!" When I saw my bag and tried to open it to check the order, he snatched the bag back and closed the sticker back. Yes, he snatched it back from my hand, and yelled again; "Check there on the table, not here. Check there!". I didn't counter and just walked out.
Now, I can see why he snatched it back and closed. There were only three meals instead of ordered four, and the only thing made correct was names on the covers. Tofu instead of chicken. Random ingredients ignoring orders. Bunch of spicy sauce on my kid's plate.... There were too much wrong things that we didn't order. It doesn't seem like mistake but seems like intentional mess up. At this point, we decided to discard them all to trash because we cannot believe hygiene or other wrongful intentions on our plates.

If your intention is to make customers not to come back again, you guys are doing a fantastic job. Thumbs 👍

So, this was my second visit. The first visit was so bad I figured it was a fluke, but nope. I feel bad for the supervisor was trying to direct order creation and take care of the dining room at the same time, but the people making the orders were sooooo sloooow and there were several people (like 5) standing around like me where the app said their food was ready 15-20 minutes earlier. I left my car running for 15 minutes because I thought my food was ready. And when I finally got it, my brisket tacos were so cold. Like they just took it out of the fridge cold. How do you make tacos 15 minutes late AND cold. I won't be back. Los Amigos down the street is much better

My family came in today at 9:20PM. We know that this location usually closes at 11PM. We were greeted by a staff member yelling at us in a very rude and aggressive way, telling us that we can only order online. I would have never expected to be treated like that. Very unnecessary aggressive yelling, the staff member could have easily been a bit more kind about it. We won’t be coming to this location ever again.

Typical, dirty, fast food joint. I came for pick up for a customer. In every store of Chipotle I observe same thing, staff overwhelmed, often ignorant, no moral. The atmosphere in this store is unbelievably unpleasant and need to be modernized. I never tried their food, I feel like upset stomach if I try, I can even watch how they prepare their burritos, although I like Mexican food.

Wow I didn’t want to believe that Chipotle was doing shrinkflation but it’s true. I will not be going back to Chipotle. I use to love this restaurant. At this location I couldn’t believe it when I got home and saw like eight little pieces on each side. At first I thought this was a mistake and they packed the other side by accident. Nope. This quesadilla weighed 2.7 ounces on each side lol. See pictures for proof. I contacted Chipotle to ask for a refund and as you can see in the picture they basically said “too bad for you.” I didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews. My fault!
