I am a Norfolk local and I can't believe I never tried this place. This is your typical local hole in the wall breakfast restaurant sitting in sleepy downtown Norfolk, not surrounded by much. The menu is your typical selections, staff is friendly and prices are decent. What is outstanding is the food. Great fresh egg dishes and pancakes and excellent tasting all around. This place is like a diner. I think they only serve breakfast and lunch. Limited menu but it's standard items, so can't cook it wrong. Nothing fantastic but not terrible. For the price, it's a good stop for breakfast or brunch. Wait staff seem friendly and attentive. Seem like regular customers come here. Place has very limited seating. Decor is late 80's. Not a place for a date, but a place if your date stayed the night. Low key like.
