Simple order on the app, for pickup. Got there, no record of the order, although my card was billed. Had to go in, manager checked my phone to verify my order, gave me what I'd ordered. I've had this problem at this location before, I guess I just shouldn't order from the app any more at this location. Not everything runs on Dunkin.
