They did cakes for my wedding and we had a hard time picking out which combinations of cake to pair with which fillings and frostings because they had so many that were so good, but we ended up doing cupcakes so we could mix it up. They even delivered the cake and set it up nicely for us. In short Bailey’s Bakery makes the best cakes around.“

“For starters, my husband and I do not eat gluten free diets so with that being said - Jessie made us the MOST incredible wedding cake this past June! She was so attentive and nailed every detail we had discussed. She was patient, kind, and communicated clearly through the whole process! Even though we don’t eat gluten free products normally we wanted Jessie to be our wedding cake artist and baker and are so glad we did! The cake tasted so good, was moist and the flavors truly just melted together and were spot on!
