The silver rum is as clean and crisp as a mountain spring! The spiced rum has complex flavor, with notes of cinnamon and pepper, yet it is smooth and easy to sip. The gin is steeped in rich botanicals but not overpowered, and the juniper notes are pleasant without being too ‘piney’. This distillery knows what their doing, and I don’t expect they will be a micro-craft for long.
We bought a box to make blackberry brambles with the spiced rum. YUMMY!!!

Forager Distillery at Greylock Works is a little gem well worth the stop. The cocktails are delicious, unique, and tasty, using great local ingredients and complexity that cannot be experienced anywhere else. The customer service is always kind and welcoming, with a relaxed environment and great hospitality. The ambiance of the space has such a great vibe. Five n/a cocktail options are available for non imbibers. They only do gin and rum, and the staff is passionate and knowledgeable about their spirits. Guests can bring in food from the place next door. Safe to say, highly recommended.
