We've been to Brix before, thought we'd bring some friends tonight to check it out. Caroline took excellent care of us; she recommended the grilled chicken wings which were terrific, and we also got the loaded potato cakes which were also very good. The burgers were large and cooked perfectly; the haddock was moist and flaky and the cubano was terrific as well. The french fries are perfect, thin like McD's and cooked perfectly. Dinner was phenomenal!! Food was great (get the sprouts!) Loved the atmosphere and again food was terrific BUT LET ME TELL YOU: the service was even more impressive. We had Caroline and could not have been happier. She gave great suggestions, made sure we were happy and full, and was very attentive, friendly, and personable. First time here but won’t be our last, you can thank Caroline! Also thank you to the waitress who took a picture for us before we left!

Had a great meal with my wife. We ordered the Steak Frites, Blackened Salmon and the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. Everything was spot on, and the Brussel Sprouts were way beyond my expectations. We will definitely be dining here again soon.
