So we have been going to Buono Bistro. Just realized recently that they are adding the gratuity to the tip without informing the customers. So customers are double tipping. Customers beware.
Nick and Janelle were outstanding bartenders. Their attention to detail was something to be admired even as the bar was crowded. They were personable and truly cared about the customer experience.
