I filled out a survey saying how annoyed I was and they reached out and fixed there mistake plus some ?. “If you want slow service, inedible food, and dirty tables, this is the place to be! My husband and I visited the North Andover McDonald's the other day to grab lunch with our daughter. Our receipt shows we placed our order on the new kiosks at 2:57pm. We went and found a seat next to a table that someone had left their trash at. 15 minutes later our food arrived. RECORD TIME, GUYS. REALLY. BRAVO. Half of the happy meal we ordered was missing. But no worries because you only need to go ask one of the uninterested teenage staff and they'll get you all set. If you love your fries undercooked and your chicken fried in dirty oil, you'll love it here. Oh, and that table next to us with the trash? Still there. After getting through as much of our food as we could stomach, we learned there were NO napkins in the dining area. It's cool.. that's what pants are for, right? In all, it probably took us about 45 minutes between waiting for food, getting the food they didn't bring us, looking for napkins, etc before we could pack up and get out of there. By the way, no one came and cleaned up the table behind us during the time. I snuck a peek at the receipt on the table... They ordered their food at 12:48pm. So, assuming it took them 15 minutes to get their food as well, let's say the trash had been just sitting there unattended since 1:30pm. Did you happen to catch what time I said we ordered? So yeah. I'm typically not one to complain about fast food because you get what you pay for, but this was SO INCREDIBLY BAD I really had to share. Well done, guys. All that money sunk into a gorgeous reno job for nothing. *Slow clap*“

“We have had burgers at every chain and restaurant you can name and Shake Shacks burger is better every single time. Do not care for krinkle fries but that burger is worth skipping fries. The bacon avocado is my favorite and my husband loves the one with the portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese. He gets double patty and it's massive. So happy to have location on east coast finally.“
