“I had such a great experience thanks to our waitress Felicia. She was attentive without being overbearing, friendly from the moment we sat down, and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. She handled our questions with patience, gave great recommendations, and kept a positive attitude even when the restaurant got busy. It really made a difference in our overall experience. Excellent service like that is hard to find—she truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Poor waitress, was covering bar and tables. Steady business very much bar atmosphere with rock music. Luncheon special was very good. Home made fries, done right! Burgers cooked as asked. Plenty of food. Sam Adam's on tap!! Only negative PEPSI 👎“

“I used to come to this BK since 2008 high school days and I haven’t been here in about 2 years because how gross and sloppy the staff at the time used to be, came back for nostalgia memories and to try out the new whopper and place was nice and clean and staffs were laughing and having a good time while doing the job, nothing wrong with that! Will be back soon with my nieces and nephew for that play place!“

“I guess if you work here you can have your kids play while you are on shift. Then bring them dinner and go back to work and leave them out there un supervised There were some extra play things in this location that clearly haven't worked for a long time. Worth driving to the other location further away for my son to play.“

I chose this McDonald's because:
A) We were on our way to an event nearby
B) My kids wanted McDonald's french fries 🍟
C) This McDonald's had the better Google Maps reviews out of the three McDonald's in Methuen.
The food is, well, McDonald's. My kids love 💗 the french fries 🍟. I will only eat at a McDonald's if I am really hungry, which I was.
I ordered online and the wait for our food was reasonable. They got most of the orders correct. My issue with the drink order was minor. They did include ketchup and napkins in the orders.
I asked politely for our table to be wiped down because the previous customers were a little messy. An associate did and it was appreciated. Another associate came out later and wiped down the other tables.
Not all of the associates speak 🗣️ English which can make communication a little challenging.
The outside parking 🅿️ area was in good condition.

“I visit McDonald's everyday.
The only reason I go there is to get coffee, I feel they make the best coffee once you can get them to make it the way you like it took a little while but we finally got there, I can't give you ratings on the atmosphere inside of McDonald's because I never go in I always use a drive-thru and 95% of the time the people are awesome!!
And now that they make my coffee the way I like it which it didn't take too long I always go there You can't get it any cheaper or any better that quickly dunkin' donuts I used to go to but I actually like McDonald's coffee better and It's a heck of a lot cheaper.
For people out there that like sugar in their coffee and they feel that McDonald's doesn't do it right You have to tell them to use liquid sugar and it will be perfect.
