“I left a bad review after the last time I came here (I had to use a different email now because it would only let me edit my review but this good experience doesn’t change the bad one). However we came back today this time we were able to sit at a table. We had great service this time. The host greeted us in a timely manner. It seemed they actually had enough staff this time. Our server Mike was amazing. He was very attentive and very nice. Much better experience. The food was great too; no complaints.“

Yesterday, we received an incorrect order in the night shift - which was understandably frustrating as we couldn’t make an exchange as the restaurant was already closed when we got home and realized our order was wrong.

However, when we returned today around 2:30 PM to address the issue, Elias completely transformed our experience. From the moment he assisted us, he was incredibly attentive, understanding, and professional. He listened carefully to our concerns, showed genuine empathy, and handled the situation with exceptional customer care.

What truly stood out was his ability to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Despite the initial issue and the less accommodating behavior of other staff members, Elias ensured that we felt valued and respected as customers. His calm demeanor, kindness, and commitment to excellent service reflect the highest standards of professionalism.

“This little old-school Burger King has a friendly, welcoming staff and is a great place to stop by and dine in.

I had to try BK’s newly revamped menu, including my longtime favorite, the Whopper, along with onion rings and the new Chicken Mac Nuggets. I’ve eaten plenty of Whoppers over the years, so I was curious to see how the revamped version compared—and it definitely did not disappoint.

The Whopper still had that classic flame-grilled character I remember, while the Chicken Mac Nuggets were a fun addition to the meal. The onion rings rounded everything out nicely.

Sometimes updating a classic can be risky, but BK did a nice job keeping what people love while giving the menu a refresh. Friendly service, satisfying food, and an enjoyable dine-in experience. I’d definitely stop by again.“
