Manager (I think) let teenagers scream at other customers and berate patrons while they cut the queue. He then gave the same kids (who were obnoxious and cursing at people) free food. The line was a mess. The food was good, but cold. Because of the long lines, and chaos, we just chalked it up to bad opening night planning and ate the luke warm food. I was so glad when I realized they opened up a location close to me. There is plenty of parking but the restaurant itself is small. They only have small and large for drink sizes which wild be OK if the large was actually a large but it's more like a medium. The cheese fries were delicious as we're the burgers. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. It was a little pricey at $50 but this was worth it. I do wish they had a little more variety in the shake flavors...read full review
The first thing I noticed is there is not enough parking. The food order was taken correctly and the staff seemed efficient. The restaurant was very busy. Once the order was received, I asked for ketchup and sauces. I was told they were in the bag, but they were not. Based on the cost of the food, I doubt that we will go there again.
