We hit it on a so so day. The food was only so so. The same with the Service. I had the Eggs Benedict and asked that the eggs be cooked more well done, not runny yolks. Not only were the yolks runny, the whites were runny as well. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, she didn't offer to have a recook on the eggs though you could easily see I had pushed all the egg off to the side. Visited IHOP Tewksbury with my family. Ordered Chicken Fajitas Omelette,Fish fries,Pancakes,Chicken crispy strips and fries. Had a satisfying dinner experience. One of the best IHOP’s I’ve been to on a while! Keep up the great customer service and the place was clean and food was tasty and presentable.
It has been nine years since I last visited but got a gift card for Christmas so came back. Service was okay, but the food was not great. Half the food was cold, the other half overcooked. Asked for crispy bacon, got soft cold bacon. Pancakes were overcooked with a hard skin. Crispy potatoes were very pale, no seasoning, and not crispy at all.Bottom line is, it's better to go down the road two blocks to Vic's Waffle House.
